For those of you that would like to dig deeper and read this new legislation proposal for yourselves it is HEN10553 bill or you may find it cited as (quoted from the legislation itself) "This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Protecting Cyberspace 5 as a National Asset Act of 2010’’. "
